The 6th Annual Shoot for a Miracle, held on September 14 was a huge success. More than $25,000 was raised at this event! This money will help pay more mortgages, utilities and groceries for families in need.
124 shooters, beginners and novices, came out to support the Miracles of Mitch Foundation. It was a fun filled day with a clay shooting competition, a demo tent from the MN DNR, a pig roast and live auction. THANKS to Katie Maurer, and her son Tate for sharing their personal story of when Tate went through cancer this past year. Katie shared the unexpected challenges her family faced and how the Miracles of Mitch Foundation helped make life a bit easier.
SPECIAL THANKS to event founders and organizers Paul Renslow, Ryan Flom, Jay Dosan, Todd Rudeen, Brad Sutton, Krissy Krueger and the dozens of volunteers who made this event happen. Also, a BIG THANKS to TEK Systems for their presenting sponsorships.
We’ll back next year. In the meantime, check out this year’s winners at Shoot for a Miracle.
